An integrated multi-repositories and multi-site quality system

We needed a solution to animate our integrated multi-reference quality system (ISO 9001, CSA, GTP, security, certiphyto …) in a multi-site context, since 12 sites in France are concerned. We opted for BlueKanGo especially for this reason and more broadly in an attempt to limit paper forms, simplify document management, develop data sharing, set up action plans.

We mainly chose BlueKanGo for its document management and the use of applications related to the action plan.. The fact that the software is accessible from a simple web browser is a huge advantage. It is constantly evolving.Talking about ergonomics, the EDM is very appreciable in the context of everyday life, whether we’re talking about the view by colors / column, the version-tracking, the modifications …

After a training on site in Paris and internally, I can say that the undertaking of the project was fast especially for all the documentation part. We will soon deploy the new BlueWall portal and plan to deploy BlueKanGo on a new entity.
